Caught In the Middle is a kick in the teeth to the convention of good and bad. With a villain who sees the error of his ways and a hero who doesn’t believe in redemption, the story follows two friends navigating the weight of generational trauma and unresolved feelings under the growing pressure of their secret identities in a whirlwind of moral quandary and teenage angst.

The graphic novel was written and illustrated by Parker Atlas Cliffe, a Leeds based indie Comics and Concept illustrator, recently graduating from his MA at Leeds Arts.
The launch party will be celebrating the CITM debut with pop punk/emo/alt covers performed by Manchester based indie band ‘11th Hour View’. The event is free entry, with the intention of supporting both the band and the artist.

*Caught In The Middle is intended for YA and Early Adult audiences and is rated by the creator as Parental Advisory.
