Fresh from a 'Best Show' shortlisting, 5 star reviews and sell outs at this year's Edinburgh Fringe, Amy is bringing her show 'Wannabe' to Leeds. Described as "dizzyingly inventive" (Reviews Hub) and "hilarious" (North West End) this is a chance to catch a "rising star".  Originally training as an opera singer but then rebelling into pop, Amy is a professional singer and comedian who combines music and laughs with autobiographical cringe and a loveable stage presence.

'Wannabe' was dreamt up after a trip to her mums which ended with mum sending Amy away with a box of her childhood junk. The contents sparked an idea to bring her teenage angst-filled lyrics back to life.Come along for a deep dive into a disastrous and hilarious series of events in this messy modern world; featuring Amy’s “witty” fast-paced dialogue, her signature “golden voiced” singing and self-produced wall to wall bangers that some might say are more suited to a middle England night club.

Amy has provided tour support for the likes of Christopher Hall, Max Fosh, Grace Campbell and Emmanuel Sonobiand. She has performed live on BBC Radio 4's Loose Ends and Front row and has performed in some of the UK's most prestigious venues as a comedian and a singer including: Abbey Road Studios, Cadogan Hall, Clapham Grand, Leicester Square Theatre and The Comedy Store.

* Please note there will be BSL Interpretation for this show.

CODA is a funny, heartwarming show all about the brilliant things that happen when you grow up in a house where sign language is the first language used; whether it’s watching his dad shut his eyes to win any argument or beating his in-laws easily when they suggested playing charades against a deaf family on Christmas Day.

Ray’s previous shows Deaf Com One and Doppelginger were huge successes and sold-out theatres across the world. As this show is all about growing up with deaf parents every show of CODA will have a BSL interpreter. Ray has previously supported John Bishop on his UK arena tour after John described him as ‘one of the best comedians in the country’.

A brand new stand-up show from Angela Barnes, star of Mock The Week and Live at The Apollo.

Angela is a worrier. Whatever it is, she’ll worry about it. But don’t let that worry you – she’ll worry enough for the both of you.

This hilarious show has some stories of success and sound logic, but mostly features stories of unmitigated failure, a distinct lack of wisdom, a little bit of German and loads of jokes.
