About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Producer to work across Hyde Park Book Club, Eiger Studios and Holding Patterns.

This role is primarily focused on marketing, communications and content creation helping us tell stories about what we do, reach audiences, and supporting programming

You’ll be part of our programming and creative team helping to promote events and projects, create and distribute content and marketing materials

We’re open to shaping the role around the right person, and welcome applications from people looking for a part-time or portfolio role, as well as those seeking something closer to full time.

How the role could work

We’re deliberately open about the shape of this role. It could suit:

an early–mid career producer with experience in event delivery or cultural marketing

A more experienced producer confident shaping programmes and leading communications

someone in between, or looking for a role that can grow over time

We don’t expect one person to do everything, the balance of responsibilities will reflect your experience and the hours you work.

What you will do

Marketing, content and communications (main focus)

  • Plan and deliver marketing for events, programmes and projects

  • Create content across platforms, including copy, graphics, short-form video, reels and stories, depending on your strengths

  • Manage and schedule social media across the three organisations

  • Write and send newsletters using Mailchimp or similar platforms

  • Maintain event listings and promotional information

  • Support basic press outreach and communications where relevant

  • Coordinate marketing assets with designers, photographers and freelancers when needed

  • Track performance and help us improve our approach over time

Programmes (supporting)

  1. Work closely with programmers and producers to understand what’s coming up

  2. Help shape how programmes are presented publicly

  3. Contribute ideas around framing, themes and storytelling

  4. Occasionally support event delivery where helpful
