Intimate release gig for 'The Eoghann Furness Quintet's' Debut EP with support from local legends 'Muskie' and 'Retrospect'. With beautiful harmonies and infectious rhythms throughout there is sure to be something for evey palette and mood.

The Eoghann Furness Quintet is a contemporary jazz outfit made up of some of the finest emerging improvisers in Yorkshire, pushing the boundaries of predefined genres the band take influence from Hip-Hop, Electronic and Punk music as well as the jazz tradition that provides their musical foundations. Inspired by artists such as Alfa Mist, Corto.Alto and Yussef Dayes they look to bring a fresh approach to an ever growing and changing jazz style. This results in a set of original compositions which take audiences on an auditory rollercoaster from serene, relaxing soundscapes to disconcerting and angular improvisations.

Retrospect are a Leeds based contemporary jazz band who met and study at Leeds Conservatoire. Since forming in January 2026, Retrospect regularly perform at venues across Leeds, rising to be a familiar name in the Leeds jazz scene. Influences include Cleo Sol, Yussef Dayes and Haitus Kayote alongside early jazz.

Muskie is a solo project combining alt flok and midwest emo influenced guitar with ambient textures and introspective songwriting. They are inspired by Elliot Smith, Nick Drake and Joni Mitchell.
