Leeds artist Emma Coates launches her debut EP ‘Borrower’, marking her first release with her solo project after several years on the scene. Her weaving of jazz and folk songwriting creates her unique, intimate sound, taking inspiration from the likes of Snowpoet and Hohnen Ford. Along with Harry Souter (guitar), Nika Ticciati (bass) and Louis Berthoud (drums), she has created deeply personal storytelling exploring feminine identity and growth, complimented by the delicate and airy tones of her voice and band within the 4 tracks.

Leeds based singer/songwriter and guitarist Eve Buckley combines a rich hybrid of alternative-soul and jazz infused pop. Capturing the tapestry of notions that arise through young adulthood, her timeless vocals and sentimental soundscapes are reminiscent of her inspirations including Lianne La Havas, Jordan Rakei and Yazmin Lacey.
