Fresh from The Great Escape, and supporting Nadine Shah, Claudia Fenoglio is a Leeds based singer-songwriter making indie-pop music, blending intimate and ethereal sounds with poignant storytelling. Look a little closer, and Fenoglio is revolutionising the indie-pop genre as we know it. Whether in her bedroom or in the studio, Claudia Fenoglio is an artist who isn’t afraid to challenge herself and her listeners, creating timeless, boundary-pushing pop music along the way.

With new EP It Always Fades In The End, Fenoglio conjures a cinematic, poignant tapestry of songs that navigate the complexities of queer relationships. An EP that at its core is “about learning to let go and all the steps in between”, Fenoglio fuses shimmering pop flourishes with earnest lyricism that confronts the emotional weight of impermanence and the human impulse to cling onto what’s inevitably slipping away. Yet, where there is uncertainty there is also resilience. “While a lot of the songs stick to the idea that nothing good lasts forever,” Fenoglio explains, “there are also a few that bring a bit of hope - showing that love, in all its forms, can survive even when life gets hard.”
