Join us to celebrate the publication of the first volume of the People's History of Leeds. The project team has gathered stories from a variety of people across the city and we can't wait to how you our work. Featuring stories about: Reclaim the Night; Leeds Kirkgate Market; African and Carribean Nurses; Leeds United Football Club; Roller Skating in Leeds; The Birth of Goth Music.

The event is in the Hyde Park Book Club, which is a creative cafe and arts venue in Hyde Park. We are in the "snug" which is to the left of the main entrance.
