Normal Village are a 4 Piece band from Barnsley/Leeds playing experimental rock. Members Fakie, Lucy, and Paddy met in college, going on to later establish the band in anticipation of a first show offer at the Key Club. Normal Village have played numerous shows across Leeds at venues including Belgrave Music Hall, Hyde Park Book Club, Mabgate Bleach, and more. They will soon be releasing their first song ‘Bunny’ produced by Magnus Fielding being released through Monomyth Records a local label that they signed to in the early during a string of early gigs. “Bunny is a eulogy painted in a high energy musical light: a love letter to the feeling of carrying the legacy of a loved one. The track depicts facing loss, and learning to celebrate the life of someone you have loved.” Normal Village are set to perform a headline show at Hyde Park Book Club in anticipation of the release, performing a high energy, spontaneous set.
