WANT TO FIND YOUR LOBSTER? NOW IS THE TIME

In these cold days of February you might find yourself wishing for a friend or a fancy... The Speed Date & Mate is here to help.

Leeds Sexpression and Leeds University Union's LGBT Society have joined forces for this event. All genders and orientations are welcome!

HOW WILL IT WORK?
On arriving at the event each person will get a number and put their first name on a label. They will also write down their name, number, email and number on a form (don't worry these will be kept private!)

Then everyone will meet everyone for 2 minute intervals. On meeting your match for that round, after 2 minutes you can either tick the mate column (meaning you would be interested in knowing them in the future as a friend) or the date column (♥) or neither.
At the end all lists will be compared, and if two people both have ticked date, or two have ticked mate, you will receive an email with the other person's phone number.

The rest is up to you!

This will be a safe and judgement free event. We want to promote meeting new people in a warm atmosphere! Due to the 'mate' aspect of the evening, feel free to come even if you already have a significant other!

Afterwards LGBT Soc are hosting a Club Night at the Union - this event will finish in time so come for a few drinks before and meet your match.
