Life is busy and finding time for doing all the different types of exercise we want to do can be challenge. So what could be better than a class that combines both the strength, power, cardio benefits of HIIT with the therapeutic, releasing, calming benefits of yoga?!
This class will have you hooked, all set to an awesome sound track, this is the perfect way to bring fitness balance to your week.
The first 30mins are a Hiit workout. Intervals of different bodyweight exercises (expect to sweat). The second 30mins is a proper stretch out, reconnection to breath and a calm state of being, so you can enter your day feeling ready for anything.
All you need to do is bring a mat (and some energy) we’ll sort the rest.
Our community exercise programme is about making being well available to everyone. Contribute whatever you can.
