Four of South Yorkshire's finest soft rock bands are coming together at Hyde Park Book Club for a night of goose-bump-inducing, chin stroking, high brow entertainment. The acts are currently listed in alphabetical order because we'll be pulling the lineup out of a hat on the night!

Before Breakfast:

Currently supporting the release of their first EP 'Sticky Sweet' with huge recent shows at The Albert Hall, Manchester and the O2 Sheperd's Bush, this supergroup deliver devastatingly personal lyrics through intricate vocal harmonies and sparse instrumentation.

Dead Slow Hoot:

Bittersweet, melancholy, anthemic alt rock made in Sheffield.

Oh Papa:

Sheffield's resident lounge lizards. Smooth indie rock served over ice with a dark ale chaser. Recent shows include a tour in suuport of the legendary Shonen Knife.

Van Houten:

Shoegaze superstars from Leeds matching delicate chords with sweet textures and lovesick lyrics. Recent shows include a support slot for Jay Som, and an appearance at the Clue Records Xmas Showcase.
