Yorkshire’s sad/pop singer/songwriter, Oliver Pinder is back with a new blinding self-released, self-produced single ‘Lockdown’.
At the age of 17, Oliver has played festivals such as Dot to Dot, Live at Leeds and supported the likes of JP Cooper, Billie Marten and sold out a fair few of his own headline shows up and down the UK, with the support of BBC Introducing, Radio X and many large music magazines such as The Line of Best Fit and TMRW.
The single was recorded between Oliver’s home in Wakefield and Leeds College of Music, Pinder says, “’Lockdown’ is about falling out of love with something you thought you’d love forever and how slowly your love will just fade away”. Oliver is accompanied with his four piece band (consisting of himself on guitar, keys and vocals, a cellist, a guitarist and a drummer). They will be back playing shows across the UK in 2018.
