Robin Elliott/Samantha Whates/Caitlin Stubbs/Kershaw&Heap

Robin Elliott's 3rd EP 'At Sunset' is a move to strip away all except song's essentials of voice, guitar and narrative, to respond to darker times with a focus on intention and meaning, to hone down to the timeless buried in the topics of today and paint it all black, stark, and with warmth.
Be sure to catch a show by this powerful and hypnotic performer.
“He has something to say. It is a pleasure to listen.” Folk Radio UK.

Samantha Whates holds a matchless ability to captivate audiences. Her songs are creative, intimate, direct, intelligent, beautiful.
"I can’t remember when a song and a singer stopped me in my tracks quite like this." Instrumental.

Caitlin Stubbs' songs inhabit a crossroads between the ethereal storytelling of folk/blues and the introspective side of pop. Think Joni Mitchell, Laura Marling and Father John Misty. She takes great inspiration from her poet/playwright grandfather, the late Adrian Mitchell whose anti-war, often satirical songs and poems she sometimes performs alongside her own compositions.

Alex Kershaw (The Magic Eye Pictures) and Katie Heap (Kell) take a break from their respective bands and combine to play a selection of covers and originals that draw upon on the melancholy present in their works elsewhere.
